Re: Trouble with my Windows key

Sorry, that should be tablet mode. To uncheck the box, either access the Action Center from the system tray or by pressing the Windows key +the letter A.
Tab until you hear Tablet mode and be sure the box is unchecked.

I had a similar issue and found that I had accidently set table mode on in the activity center. Check to see if this might have happened to you.

Hello listers,

I sure hope someone has confronted this frustrating situation and has
overcome it.

For reasons unknown to me, The use of my Windows key is intermittently
interrupted, so I can not go to start, search, or Cortana. Not only
that, when this happens, I cannot even alt-tab from window to window.
Seems the only immediate solution is to restart, and it seems that I
recall when that didn't even work. this happens with both my uSB and
wireless keyboards.

Any other ideas?

I have other issues as well, so you'll be hearing from me again soon I'm
afraid.

Thanks for being here,

Larry
