The only way to get Windows 11 is being part of Windows Insider Program’s dev channel for now. Since you are using a build that shall not be discussed here, your only option is doing a clean install of Windows 10, and then joining Windows Insider Program.

Thank you Joseph, where do I go, get the latest build of 11,
You are using a build that is no longer supported and was leaked prior to introduction of Windows 11. You can do one of two things:
- Return to Windows 10 via a clean install and install build 22000.
- Wait until build 22000 ISO is released and do an in-place upgrade.
And now we’re making it official: this forum SHALL NOT discuss build 21996 anymore. If you happen to be using this build, you MUST follow one of the procedures noted above (topic closed).
OS Build 21996.1

Thanks joeseph. I am downloading as we speak.
A reminder: to let everyone know what’s going on, an exception is granted for Windows 11 preview builds so they will be posted on the parent forum, not on Insiders subgroup (this exception applies to current Windows 11 preview builds only and will expire once Windows 11 stable build is released to the general public later this year).
Windows 11 preview build 22000.100 (KB5004300) is now available for dev channel Insiders:

With this build, one of the most annoying issues with Windows 11 should be fixed: the inability to use shortcut keys in quick menu (Windows+X); although resolved last week, this build’s release notes state that these shortcut keys will work now.
