I definitely get the SHIFT+ prefix on any of the directional actions, but the issue here is that you get zip, zilch, nada in auditory information that you've landed in the

I went and click on some of your to do links. After downloading and opening up your link in word they open up in protective view. I do have a little vision and was able to click on enable
