Sorry, good point! Ok, the key values are: CPU - this tells you what's using the processor. With most processors these days, one app shouldn't really be using a whole lot of it. Probably the key stats

I've had this at times too (Chrome seems to be an offender, particularly playing music, eg Google Play music). The issue is more likely to be something misbehaving, using a lot of resources etc than N

The best way - on any platform really whether it's Windows 10 or your phone - is to find the program responsible and see if it has a setting to stop components loading at boot and / or remaining in me
