Hi. just set up my Microsoft, and using a local account, Cortana shows me the results, bing edge, but does not speak back the info. What am I doing wrong? I heard from quentin Christenson, a presentation and said Cortana could be used on a local account, so do I need to disable Cortana, then set up, why not getting any speech feedback. Any tips, would be appreciative. Have not used Cortana for a while.
